The concept:
Foldy Pac collapsible crates have been especially developed to meet the requirements of the customer. The basis consists of a number of standard models that can be easily adapted to your situation.

Should you use large amounts of crates or boxes that are all the same size then our plywod crates are the right solution.

Our plywood Foldy crates are light weight and they also offer you the option of bering re-useable. Thse crates are often used as a costs effective alternative to regular timber crates or corugated boxes - this as the light weight plywood constuction allows you to minimise weight without compromising product protection. During the development stage the Foldy crates can be tailored to meet your products protection demands whilst ensuring the that best protection is offered regardless of your choice of transportation mehtod or destination.

Foldy Pac has its own design and production facilities where we can tailor each crate as needed. In this process we can produce internal fittings from PE foam, wood metal and plastic. We can also fit the crates with pallet - runners and or handels for easy transportation. Should you wish to personalise your crates then we can print logos and handeling symbols as you require.

Should it be required we can test the degin of your crates. This can be done via 3D simultion - do the goods that we need to transport fit into the crates correctly and are the required internal packing requirments met. Or we can carry out a full transportation test and certification confrom the required industry standards.

Foldy Pac offers you a new approach to export packing. Foldy Pac understands that the export packaging that is used to transport your products is an intergral part of the product experiance that your clients have.

With this approach in mind all of our export packing solutions are designed and produced in house at one of our production facilites. During the process of desgin and development we look at all aspects of what is required by you your product and clients during packing, handeling and transportation, receving and unpacking.  This process begins by looking at what is needed in terms of crate, finger crate, air freight packaging, container tranpsort etc - here after choices are made regards what type of materials the packing is to be made from - timber, pylwood, metal palastics. In this process we also pay great attention to the needs of your clients - how are they to un pack your products - how are the goods to be handeled by your client, is there a time at that the goods need to be stored and so on. Once the outside of the packing has been developed then we can look at the internal demands of the packing to ensure that this too offers the same level of protection - from shock, vibration, corrosion etc as the outside packing.

Foldy Pac supplies every type of packaging that your products and the corresponding transport route might require. Are you looking for cover film, shrink-wrap film, bags or resealable mini-grip seal bags? Then you've come to the right people. We supply every type of desired flexible packaging.

In addition to supplying packaging and export packaging, we can also manage the entire packaging process for you. This can be done in house at your location - in this case we can pre produce the required crates, cases, pallets or skids, so that we can pack your products efficenty and correclty with the minimum amount of work or disruption at your site. Or we can transport the goods to one of our packing facilities. Here we can pack the goods ready for their onwards shipment to your clients. In this packing process at our packing facility we can also recive and consilidate any other support machines, goods, cables etc that maybe required by your client or staff ready for on site installation.

During all of our export packaging  projects the greatest care is taken to ensure that your goods are handeled correclty and that the right packaging is used. In this process photos are taken at each stage of the process and these can be used to refernce how goods have been received, handeled, packed and then shipped.

Foldy Pac can supply all different types of self adhesive tapes - printed, un-printed,for use by hand or for use by machines. Foldy Pac has design the printed tapes for you, so that the correct company logo or other required inforamtion can be printed in full colour.

Should you not be sure as to what type of printed or un-printed is tape is best suited to your required aplication -the we can advise you as to what type of tape best suited to your needs. In this process we can look at the type of tape as well as the compound of the glue.

In the design process of your printed tape we can help you make sure that the required inforamtion that you want yo show your clients is correctly presented. However we do not stop at just a company logo, phone number or website. Foldy Pac is able to print barcodes or QR codes which can be used for tracking and tracing goods during production and use - or they can be used as a control for best before dates. Not only this - a well designed tape also ensures that your goods not only arrive at your clients well packed - but - they look good and help represent your company and its branding. 

Also in our assortment and range we have a number of different technical tapes. These can be used for security protection as a sign if your products have been tampered with. Or these tapes can be designed to be opened and closed a number of times befor they are then sealed perminently.

During most export tranportation routes your products will be exposed to changes in kilmate. During these changes in climate condensation will be allowed to form - this condensation will allow your products to rust or corode. This is why it is esential to choose the right type of protection - active corrosion protection or passive corrosion protection - to ensure that your products arive at your client with out damage. Foldy Pac can help you make the right choices in this process.

Foldy Pac can help advise you in the two main types of corrosion protection - Active protection and Passive protection.

In the Active protection process VCI/VpCI products are used to help ensure that your products can not rust or corrode. VCI/VpCI protection offers a molecure insulation layer of protection that stops the electric process that is required for corrosion to from. The advantage of this system is that any corrosion that might be present on your product before tranportation, however large or small, will be stopped. So your products will arrive at your clients in the same state as when they left your facilitys. The great advantage of the Foldy Pac  VCI/VpCI method  is that they are multi metal - so we can pack your whole product without acception and still offer the right level of corrosion portection. The VCI/VpCI carries that Foldy Pac uses are :

The Passive corrosion protection mehtod can also be used. In this case your products can be sealed in Aluminium laminate bags or in Vapiour barrier bags with drying agents or desicants. In this case the mosture is removed form the export package. This will ensure that your producs are protected from moisture during transporation.
